My experience with Dr. Vanessa Canas was not only disappointing, it was deeply disrespectful and dismissive. I don’t even use Facebook, but I created an account just to post this review, because people deserve to be warned before going through what I did. I hope this helps someone avoid the same disappointment and lack of care. I came to her for a consultation regarding possible endometriosis, which I explained I have not been formally diagnosed with as is common, since endometriosis typically requires surgery for confirma... read more

I had the worst experience. Dr. Cantarella would not examine me, I was sent by the ER & my primary to see the OB for a hemorrhagic cyst. I was greeted by the Dr. Cantarella saying “as you can see we did not have you undress because there is no need for examination.” She said I didn’t look like I was green or white enough or look like someone who needs a blood transfusion and refused to examine me. She told me my (2) options were go back to the ER for meds or get bloodwork and come back. The NEXT day, my cyst burst and ended ... read more
Dismissive. I am still having major issues and instead of helping me “goto ER if you continue to bleed”….really? How about helping me. When I goto ER they say work with your OBGYN….so now I’m bleeding three months, worse after the ablation but Dr Cohen left on vacation after telling me “go live life you’ll be fine” - well I’m not fine. Now I wait a month to consult for next step? Dismissive. If I do goto ER again, I’ll let them know the ablation made me worse - there must be something wrong but I’m pushed off on the poor ER.
Doctors are great, front staff very cold to talk to.
I have been going to VF OB/GYN for 30 years, Dr Silverberg delivered 2 of my children and Dr Cohen delivered my other child, (1990,93 and 94) I loved this office, except for the very long wait for the Dr once in a room. About 7 years ago, I went in for my yearly checkup and paid $26.02 in the form of a check, which they cashed. Every single year since then, the billing dept said I still owed the $26.02. I sent proof to them that I paid it and they saw me for my appointment 2 years in a row. Then, at my next yearly they woul... read more
Worse experience EVER. Aside from the receptionists being extremely rude and the over all administrative part of the office being disorganized.. As a patient you feel like your on a conveyor belt. The doctors are quickly in and out, leaving little time to actively listen to you or allowing you to understand them or ask any kind of questions or guidance. Dr.Dennis lied to me and Dr.Cohen couldn’t have been more annoyed that I disturbed his slumber. I was scared and in immense pain, I called and left a message with the answeri... read more
Don’t come to the Phoenixville office if you want to be seen at a reasonable time for your appointment time. I understand it gets busy, but no one should have to wait over an hour to be seen for an appointment that was scheduled well in advance.
