Been trying to get someone on the phone to go over test results since September 25th. Return a message and get sent into que on hold, answering machine, answering serivice. Literally returned a call one minute after I missed it and no one answered. Trying to get an appointment isn't much easier. I wish there was a local provider that accepted our work's insurance plan. I would like prompt feedback and treatment for my obgyn issues...instead I experience daily pain for the past 6 month and have no answers or solutions.
My experience overall with Valley Forge OBGYN was by far the worst in my entire experience with medical care. From the very beginning the disorganization, lack of empathy, and attention to care was astounding. In terms of appointments, from the moment Igor pregnant they were never able to keep appointments on time, leaving me there to wait at times for up to an hour. I'm suppose to start my birth control on Sunday called at the beginning of the week for them to send in a script they said they did but did not now I have to wait a whole month to start it because they couldn't do their job right so I called and demanded for them to get a hold of my doctor to send in the script considering the fact that it was THEIR MISTAKE/LAZZINESS and they refused to do so because it's "against their policy" is it against the policy to fail at doing your job correctly this is a joke and so are they. Absolute worst experience ever. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. This was my and my wife's first pregnancy, and no one there could be bothered to give us any information on what to do next or how it's to go. They kept screwing up all our appointments for what time they were and where to go. All the doctors we saw were in and out in less than 5 minutes. Unfortunately we ended up losing the baby and we walked right past our doctor when we went in for the D&E and he didn't even recognize us. Worst of all, now that everything is a... read more
