Each person sitting at the front desk always greet you with friendly smiles and welcome you and your fur baby. They send pictures of your pets while they interact with others. It appears the fur babies are running the place. I love it, I'm very comfortable leaving my two babies there.

This Dog and Cat boarding facility on Rialto, CA is amazing. The girls that run it are ( so sweet ) the place is so cute and cozy and clean. They took care of my 3 cats 2 weeks ago 4/26. The cat area is PERFECT for CATS! They have good size sleeping areas with separate sleeping and separate litter box area. They have a safe area where they can roam about during the day. We have been there around 4x already only w small dogs and its been a great experience. Highly recommend. They text updates daily and pics. Dropping off the small dogs here we know they are safe and we'll taken care of.

The staff was amazing and I was so impressed with how much they truly care for your pet while they stay there. I have been to a few pet hotels and I have found our last stop I will only be using this place from now on. Thank you for all the updates, pictures and taking care of our fur baby :)

The only reason I'm giving them 5 stars is that I can't give them 10 stars. They're extremely efficient; but more importantly, they're friendly, easy to work with, and inexpensive. We boarded our semi-feral 5-year old cat with them last week, and they sent us "report cards" several times each day. The report cards included a narrative of how she was doing along with photos. My 15yo cat was here for 10 days and he gets so much attention! The team makes sure to give me daily reports as well as pictures. I know leaving him here he will be treated well and humanely! To hesitate would be foolish but do be sure that your pets vaccines are up to date because no one wants their pet to contract anything so do your due diligence in keeping your pet and other pets safe. This is an excellent place!

Wonderful place clean , organized and Daniel and rest of staff very nice ! My daughter and I were so happy to find this place for Our Cats and Dogs . We will continue to give them our business. It's very hard for us to leave our pets but this was so Great giving us updates and photos I knew my pets were in Good hands !! We'll be back for sure . Thanks again Rocky Mickey and Peanut Brittle

During the wildfires in the San Bernardino mountains we decided to leave our precious Kitty with Valley Pet Hotel and all I can say is what relief it has been to know she is with such wonderful caretakers. I think she would rather stay with them and be spoiled than come home to us !!!? Thank you everyone there for your thoughtful help

The day care offered here is sublime. My dogs have the best time and they don't have to be cooped up in the house alone all day!!
