The young ladies here are great. They took care of my dog even better than promised. The hours are very convenient, too.

I'm a non-customer. The boarding facility has a weight limit, and both of my dogs are larger than 80 pounds. The receptionist was nice enough to recommend another facility in Riverside.

I wanted to give Valley Pet Hotel a chance, especially with their "$1 first day for new clients" promo. We travel often and have used multiple pet hotels in Nevada and California, so we're familiar with the normal process: make a reservation, bring vaccination records, check in your dog, and go. Not here. Instead, they require you to take time off work and bring your dog in days before the stay for an "evaluation," then come back again later for the actual drop‑off. No other pet hotel we've used requires two separate trips... read more

This is how VALLEY PET HOTEL ASSUMES THEIR RESPONSIBILITY...Our pets have no voice and I am so angered at how they are portraying me and making false accusations. When I speak up I speak up for the rest of you who bring in your dogs and have no say. I hope their staff has a healthy conscience and does the right thing so that no other dogs/pet owners go through such an ordeal.
