The doctor was very helpful in making adjustments for my machine. Scott the daytime assistant was also helpful in getting through to the company for A change in my mask. Dr was not helpful towards veterans and the requirements from the VA to help complete their claims. Nice guy but useless for veterans.
Though Dr Davis is very good and caring, i was originally not allowed to make a telehealth appointment with him and had to schedule with a nurse. That took two phone calls and a request that the Doctor be informed. I was later called by the office saying that a call with the doctor was not possible. Two days later, the office called to tell me i could have an appointment with the doctor abd ut was scheduled. One phone call should have taken care of my request to maintain continuity of care

I had some paperwork that I needed to have completed by Christina, the Nurse Practitioner (NP) who was treating me. One of the ladies from the front office took the papers from me & went to the NP to have them signed. The NP refused to sign the paperwork. Upon explaining further to the office staff why I needed the forms signed, they went back again to ask the NP to complete them.
