Information that I wanted, I didn’t receive. All that was wanted was to get me another sleep study and more money out of my pocket.

They were very nice and polite fun to be around definitely a plus my only problem I had was there patient portal I tried three different times trying to get that darn thing to open up for me however when I contacted them about the problem they got back to me in a very timely manner I’ve already recommended them to another family member so yeah I will be recommending them !

Facility was nice and the tech was super. What was bad is that whatever was hooked up to me burned me in 3 places. In a follow up your nurse denied it and said it looked like an insect bite. It was a burn! It’s just healing up now. The biggest burn was the size of a dime and at least 1/8” deep; 3rd degree for sure.
I did not feel anyone cared about me or my needs

Each time I called someone told me something different. Insurance only approved an in home study. I was told the 1st time my husband could pick it up, I could watch a Utube video that explained how to set it up and he could return it when he got off work the next day. When I called to schedule the pick up- they said I had to pick it up myself and come to the appointment. I had to wait until my scheduled time off work- so I was told they would have to get it approved (again) the referral was only good for 3 months! So when ... read more

Don't know they don't know how to fill out the paperwork in time to get things done they are very slow and very rude individuals
Sorry guys and gals I hit the wrong button (hope I do not blow up!). I did mean to give you all five stars. I did have a good customer experience and office staff was polite and friendly. Thank You all and have a very Merry Christmas. Tom
It seems there's a lot of miscommunication within the office staff at the front desk between scheduling and when you actually arrive to your appointment. I suggest everybody get on the same page because patients don't have time for being run around!
