Every time I take my kids to this dentist office I can’t help but be impressed. From the greeting and checking in where the kind reception knows my kids name to the friendly staff that comes by to say hi to my kids when they aren’t even working on them. The dental assistants are patient and knowledgeable while the dentist take their time to explain and show you everything they want to achieve to help the health of my kids teeth. We love our Dr. Hanna. Both of my girls & myself see her & she is always so kind & personable. You can tell she really cares about her patients. All the dental hygienists who have ever assisted us have also always been lovely. The woman who greets everyone at front desk is always so friendly as well.
Dr. Hannah is incredible. Always concerned about my comfort level. Informs me every step of the way in what she's doing. Her assistant couldn't be more friendly. Kept me calm and at ease during the procedure. Receptionist and check out staff are top notch. They treat you like a person not a number. Need a great dentist...check out Valley View...you won't be disappointed.
Marsala was my hygienist and she was amazing. She was very thorough and took her time to explain things as she was cleaning my teeth. I had an area with swollen gums and she put a numbing gel on my gums. She took the time to recommend dental products for future use. Dr Shah was a very nice dentist also. I have my next appointment all set up. Very happy customer!
