I think you guys did & awesome JOB!!!!!! From checking in to the dentist & also educating me further about the insurance. Also out of pocket pay everything up front. Dr Patel is awesome sense of humor him & his assistant. I’m sooo happy 😃 the reason why I gave a 4 star was I felt it was to many people coming in & that made me feel uncomfortable. As always very professional staff, excellent Dentist Dr Hazel and Rowena, her assistant. I’m glad you have installed air filters/ air purifier. My personal opinion though, I had an appointment 2weeks ago and today, And I noticed that there were several pts in the waiting area. I just felt very uncomfortable even with social distancing. As a RN myself, I understand the preventive measures you have in place. I just wished or hoped that maybe, pts shld not be held to wait in the waiting room.
