No you generally dont hear people say this about the dentist visit....It is always a pleasure to come into your office for over 10 yrs now, EVERYONE is so VERY kind.Linda was very patient with me talking a little too much... hard to get things done if I'm talking.She was very helpful answering all my questions, she was very sweet and kind! Thank you, this office has taken the fear out of a dentist visit. : )

Service was very quick and on time. My only complaint is that though they indicated my mouth would be numb for 2-3 hours, it lasted approximately 5.
I love Valley View Dental, they are super nice and always professional. They show so much care and true concern for ones teeth, and they are very honest about what you truely need for good oral health. And I don't feel as though I'm being overcharged for the services. They are the model of what all dentist office should be like. So, glad I found them when I moved to the area in 2008 with my kids.
