I am always treated very well at Valley View. The girls make every effort to see that I am comfortable while I am there. I am very happy that the dental work that I need to have done is being completed at Vallely View.
The entire dental experience from entering the front door to departing in a timely manner later was extremely professional, warm, inviting and friendly. The entire staff greets you with a welcoming smile and words of invitation. Communication from the dental professional to the patient is consistent and informative. I had my first cleaning appointment with them. My kids go their for their ortho appointment. So far i love the experience. The staff are friendly and the service is great!
I asked to be nummed well, but was quite the opposite. I felt plenty of discomfort but had to man it up.
