I am totally satisfied with the reline that was done on my denture. The workmanship is stellar and the fit is comfortable.
I work on a mobile unit and was on location in Romeoville in the same plaza as Valley View Dental. I had a chipped front tooth needing to be patched up. I saw them across the parking lot, gave them a call, and two minutes later was in the front door and filling out paperwork. Very positive. Especially engaging was the dentist who kept me informed during the new crown procedure and the specifices involved with removal of my old crown and each step along the way thereafter. His asst. Lupe was also kind and knowledgable in her portion of procedure. She was very good at putting a new patient at ease.I also found The Accounting area most helpful in the payment process. Excellent!! My dentist was/is very personable, gentle, and caring. Fully explains all that is taking place and why he is doing it. His staff is the same.
Dr. Founas is exceptionally professional and took quite alot of extra time making me feel comfortable; seeing to it that my every need was met . Since it was only my second visit with him I was nervous and confused about my treatment plan. He has great communication skills and di not make me feel stupid for misunderstanding my treatment plan.
