Everything was handled perfectly. The vehicle was showroom clean. Always feels new again when I drive off.
Even with an appointment, waited almost 5 hours for repair to be completed; however, repair was satisfactory. Also requested an oil change and tire rotation at the same time; later in reviewing my invoice, I noticed although oil change was done, tire rotation was not.
Vandergriff Honda has excellent customer service. Hung is always very helpful.
