I'm sorry it's taken me so long to respond.... Michael was great! He was courteous, patient and very professional. He kept me updated as to each step of my car's maintenance process and took the time to answer all my numerous questions regarding the suggested maintenance items at the end of the appointment. I felt very comfortable with him and trusted his judgment and opinions. I'm glad he's become a new addition to Vandergriff Honda!
