They provided an uber to take me home and then pick me up later while they did the service. I appreciated not having to wait at the dealership.

I was very satisfied with my recent service at Vandergriff Honda. I went for oil and filter service. The service advisor was aware of a recent recall and recommended that I have it performed at the same time. Both the scheduled service and the recall were performed with thoroughness and dispatch. The fuel pump safety recall was supposed to take only 2 to 2.5 hours according to the recall letter. For reasons which were not explained to me, we didn't get our car back for over 24 hours.

Service Advisor Bryce Ramay was so nice to a little old lady. He went over and above. Bryce even helped me adjust my seat and my steering wheel. I can see my speed and gas level now .
