My service advisor did a great job. On the other hand, I had to wait on site for five hours because the mechanic found a problem with his repair that required that it be re-done. I know these kinds of things can happen, and it's good that the mechanic caught the error and fixed it, but it's obviously better to get it right the first time.
Great from start to finish. Arrive and they took the car immediately and then called me when it was complete.
