We had the pleasure of working with Chandler on our home mortgage. After having a horrible experience with another company, she was a breath of fresh air. She made the process a breeze and was there to answer any questions we had, even after hours. She called us multiple times to explain our loan terms to us so that we understood everything which we really appreciated. She was even able to make it to our closing which we appreciated. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone who needs a loan.

Brandon is awesome! He was quick and professional in what is a very demanding job. I had the misfortune of dealing with another lender who was incredibly rude. I am very impressed with Velocio Mortgage and Brandon. Brandon has been so professional and helpful that I find it very hard to pen down. He is always available to answer questions and is very honest in his answers. I have spoken to him countless times. He did a video conference call as well to walk me through the process. Brandon has been absolutely fantastic to work with ! I was ready to go to bat for him when The builder told us we were getting someone else . We were not to thrilled about that . He has been very supportive and informative of the process along the way ! If I buy another house , I’d definitely like to work with Brandon again ! I can’t express the amount of patience’s he had and questions we had that he took the time to answer . He never once pushed us aside and made us feel like we were just another person getting a loan !
