Very professional. Very clean. Very nice people.
My MRIs were initially approved, but that changed with the new year when the agitator for my insurance company changed. So, the MRIs had to be re-approved again. Alana went above and beyond to help make sure my procedures were approved by my insurance. The MRI tech (can’t recall his name) was great. He outlined the procedures, communicated superbly and took music requests (not Taylor Swift). Everyone I interacted with, either on the phone, or in person was great.
