Great staff
The experience was quick and painless
I liked the atmosphere and the ease to come in and get going. I would have appreciated a bit more communication from the tech running the mri as this was my first. be as still as possible (does that mean …is it ok to move my arms to itch my nose?), and for them to check in and say “you’re doing great you’ve done 15 mins, 15 mins more”. From my first contact I was impressed. Carmelita is a gem! Incredibly professional and kind. Everyone I dealt with at my appointment was knowledgeable and reassuring. I would highly recommend Vermont Open MRI to friends and family.
I wish the tech or someone had explained more about the mri noises. It was intense.
