I was put at ease with the tech I had she explained what she was going to do and she checked in on me while I was in there and it made me feel comfortable

Scheduling was pretty quick. Day of I was taken right on time. It was easy and the open experience in the machine was better than I envisioned.
IT was a calm environment, and people were kind and took their time.
I had two MRIs in three weeks, both appointments were smooth and everyone was helpful and answered all my questions.
The providers were sensitive to my anxiety about the machine and potential results. She made me feel safe and comfortable and checked on me often during the test.
They made my daughters first MRI a positive, comfortable one.
