Mindy ( the technician ) was great! She made me as comfortable as possible. She even gave me a hand going in and out of the room (I need a cane to walk).I asked her call out the time and she did.She even gave a break because I had a double MRI.The receptionist was nice and friendly.Overall really happy with the experience Johnboy Wagner

Everyone was extremely nice and made my visit very pleasant especially for as much anxiety and pain I was having. They even accommodated me due to my unruly timing with SSTA at the last minute and called the Gentleman that was scheduled after me and asked if he wouldn't mind coming in before me so I wouldn't miss my appointment, very kind. Wayne was definitely the Highlight of the visit🙂 Thankyou very much to each and every one of you.

My MRIs were initially approved, but that changed with the new year when the agitator for my insurance company changed. So, the MRIs had to be re-approved again. Alana went above and beyond to help make sure my procedures were approved by my insurance. The MRI tech (can’t recall his name) was great. He outlined the procedures, communicated superbly and took music requests (not Taylor Swift). Everyone I interacted with, either on the phone, or in person was great.
