Dr. Kramer was thoughtful and friendly. She took time to listen to my concerns and was very helpful in guiding and educating me on options for hormonal therapies. As soon as I left, I texted my sister to tell her about my great experience and to recommend she switch from her OBGYN to Dr. Kramer. The medical assistant was also super friendly and the phlebotomist was such a pro when taking my blood that I didn't even know she had started before she was finished. Overall great experience.

I have never felt so genuinely cared for by a doctor. Dr O’Connor has been nothing but amazing to me. She went over concerns with me, was completely open and honest, and made me feel so cared for and safe during my IUD insertion. She also seemed genuinely happy when I told her how well the IUD worked for me. She’s one of the best doctors I’ve ever had, and I’ve seen her three times and never once felt uncomfortable or nervous going into an appointment.
