I started seeing Dr Vernon when I was informed I was predisposed to osteopenia or osteoporosis and I was young. She did the bone density to confirm it and placed me on a medication and an exercise plan to build back bone. I followed it to the letter and continued to see her for the next 20 years. Dr. Kramer was thoughtful and friendly. She took time to listen to my concerns and was very helpful in guiding and educating me on options for hormonal therapies. As soon as I left, I texted my sister to tell her about my great experience and to recommend she switch from her OBGYN to Dr. Kramer. The medical assistant was also super friendly and the phlebotomist was such a pro when taking my blood that I didn't even know she had started before she was finished. Overall great experience.
