Veronica is very knowledgeable and professional which made my loan process go very smoothly. She never hesitated to answer all my many questions. I am thoroughly impressed with this company.
The rep handled my loan good but there were few things I want to point out . The amount I owe mentioned in email communication was higher than what I see in my CD . I did check my cd and made transfer. Also some days it’s hard to reach them during business day for questions . One major concern I had was I need to follow up with the loan officer to finalize the loan process as I am heading toward closure . Other than these the process was smooth and supportive
