The process was very quick, and for the most part, easy! The only issue was additional information being requested 2 days prior to closing, which delayed my closing date. Other than that, everyone was very nice, responsive, and helpful!
Veronica and Angela were very excellent with responding to emails, clear communication, and explaining how processes work. They made underwriting seamless and painless. Most say that lenders are the worst part of the home buying process, but they were the easiest part of the process. They were also great with contacting the unresponsive sales agent for me and following up with the right protocol. I would Recommend Velocio/Verdugo to anyone, especially first time home buyers.
