This apartment complex is bad news. I tried to leave review on google and they blocked it twice. The Apartments are old and minimally maintained. The maintenance is a joke.

Hilariously unprofessional management. Absolutely useless “24 hour” maintenance line. Was left with no ac for an entire month for the hottest month of summer. I left voicemails and sent emails throughout the month, only to be contacted on one of the last days of the month after everything had long been moved out. All the way up to Fairlawn Real Estate who also shockingly has not responded to any emails or calls, there isn’t a single redeeming quality I could say about this entire group.
I had countless problems with them! I had to call maintenance out TEN TIMES the first month I was there. I had a leaking roof for almost a year before they finally fixed it, AND after ruining my $500 mattress that they refuse to replace. I had a hole in my ceiling of my bathroom for almost two months that wasn’t even touched to get fixed before I even moved out, so I had a huge hole in my bathroom ceiling.
