Versailles Apartments has been a wonderful place to live. I did extensive research of apartment complexes in the Peoria area before signing a lease, and I was impressed by both the outside and inside appearance and quality of Versailles. The complex is located in a great area of town, with many of the basic necessities within a few miles. The complex and neighborhoods around it feel safe. Management is responsive and helpful. The general atmosphere of the tenants has been friendly and unintrusive. Definitely recommend!
I have been staying in Versailles for more than 4 years now. It is a well kept, peaceful place to stay in Peoria. Location is comfortably close to Knoxville Avenue and Pioneer Parkway intersection and main shopping locations. Rock Island Trail is adjacent to the apartment and you can go for a quick walk or jog anytime you like. We get good ventilation and sunlight from 2 directions. Parking is never a problem even if you host a big gathering. The maintenance requests are promptly taken care of. I recommend this place.

Great place to live close to anywhere you need to shop quiet setting right on the Rock Island trail on a dead end street so no traffic
