Once an open plan Network Video store, the VetMD clinic is now a fully-equipped and practically laid out veterinary haven. We built this clinic, and wrote our policies with very specific missions in mind - to provide a fresh approach to veterinary care. I had a appointment booked for this morning and I work nights so I had to wake up early for this appointment. They canceled my appointment on me 40 minutes before I was supposed to be there, because of my honest comment on a vet recommendations post from 14 weeks ago. Awful awful customer service not to mention medications are double the price in most cases than anywhere else. Very poor communication and overpriced in every way. Would never recommend.
I’m very disappointed with my visit to Vet MD Murrumba Downs, my consultation fee was $69 and not once did vet Annika physically go over my Boxer or even look inside his ear to see if he had an infection, she actually stood from the side of the examination table and said I can’t see anything ozzing out!
