Disgusted that a vet would so blatantly be out to make money... My sister took her dog here and was quoted $2500 for an ‘urgent’ surgery after one very quick consult (no tests - no scans).. and THANK GOD she got a second opinion, as the reputable vet that she went to advised her that her dog would never have woken up from the anesthetic... AVOID!!
Took a tiny little chihuahua i found in my front garden this morning in to get scanned for a microchip. She wasn't registered. The vet then proceeded to literally reef the poor dog out of my arms and take it away, despite my insistence that i would hold onto her till the owner was found. I live in a large complex and am certain she belongs to one of my neighbours. The vet refused to give her back to me.
