Always open, always kind and helpful. Never order tests without a good reason ( which they also take the time to explain and provide cost. ) In Western MA. they are the best vets and most open and honest during an emergency!

My Little Guy Ezra was sick and they were able to make him feel better. I think he wanted to stay the night though. His timing in the Vet's office was hysterical. Thanks for making my little guy feel better.
I can't say enough about the top notch care our dog, Eve, recently received. We brought her in critically ill, she was seen immediately and we were given our options. The doctor was honest and forward that her prognosis was poor despite blood transfusions and other support. We made the decision to move forward with treatment and pray for the best. Thanks to their prompt attention and highly skilled staff, a week later she is doing well and improving every day. The entire staff was amazing and knowing Eve was so well cared fo... read more
