No problem at all with the treatment I received. The usual competent, professional service I've come to expect over the many years (more than 25, I think) that I have been using this dental surgery. However it would have been nice to have had an itemised bill of some sort for the treatment this week, and an explanation of the charges, rather than a simple "that will be £162 please" at the desk, especially as I had just gone in for a routine checkup. I didn't have to wait for my appointment and Leon put me at ease as soon as I went in for my consultation. I have complete trust in my dentist and don't feel he would suggest any unnecessary treatments. There was also time to fit me in for an xray on this occasion.

Had a good hygenist appointment with carolin I'm a nervous patient and she helped me to feel at ease and comfortable. I had my 6 monthly check up with Leon and it went well. I felt again at ease and very comfortable. 🙂🌻🦋
