I ordered the wrong size, I emailed them, they had closed for vacation but kept me informed of their return date. I got instructions, so sent back the smaller jacket, and ordered the larger one. I received a full refund and my new jacket was delivered yesterday. Beautifully made quite stunning

I love Victorian Choice's products and I like that the website is clean and easy to use, it doesn't have annoying chat pop-ups or other distractions, just beautiful clothes and tons of pictures so you have a very good idea of what you are getting.
I wish I could have ordered a different size for the jacket. The blouse and skirt were a good fit. The jacket is a bit too big.
