Website was easy
I really liked being able to save my favorites so I could go back and look at them again and again. I also liked the size guide. It was so easy to follow. Best of all the selection was excellent and the photos showed different views of the items and loaded quickly
I have been making purchases from Victorian Choice for maybe 10 years. I possibly purchase at least one gown per year and I have enjoyed them all! Thank you, Victorian Choice, for having such a good business model and the most beautiful gowns that are easy to wear and to care for.

I have trouble finding how to go about making a return. Could not find the email F unless I had to waste a lot of time finding it. I needed to return my first order because the top was too small for me. So I immediately ordered a second dress in a larger size of the same style. I had trouble finding how to make a return. I received my larger size and it's absolutely fabulous. It was a different material but I actually like this material better than the original. You have a nice selection of items. No shoes tho. A timeline about when the order should arrive would be very helpful.
There are good pictures of the dresses and all of the relevant information is included. The size charts are clear and easy to understand.
