I found Victorian choice on ebay and found many good choices but saw that they had a website with more to offer . After browsing for over an hour I found the perfect Items for my event. I have looked at several other sites and the selection and price made victorian choice the choice for me. And they gave me a coupon code!

Our first order came in on time and was all we hoped it would be. The dress is well made of quality fabric and perfect for our intended use.
The collar is unfinished, and though shown in the picture standing, it hangs down. It will have to be tailored to properly stand. There sight also claimed a large coupon for my next purchase if I agreed to subscribe to magazines. I said yes to receive said coupon never to hear from them again. Overall the quality is as expected minus the standing collar which can be fixed. The coupon offered then never sent is sad and will most likely stop me from ordering again as I don't want magazines and didn't order them out of charity.

I found the sizing information to be a little off, so last time I ordered too large a size. But it's easy to navigate and the quality of the item was good.
Really loved my dress, although I was trying to buy a different one. I reached out to customer service by email and facebook, but never got a response from either when inquiring about whether or not the original dress I wanted to buy would ever be re stocked in my size.
