Very disappointed no customer service phone number and no information on return policy on the site. Very misleading and poor service.
I needed to see the sleeve sizes. I found one of your coats through a reselling and I fell in love with the coat! The quality is amazing! I found a size small and the coat length and waist fit my perfectly. However, the sleeves are a bit tight on me. I could have chosen a medium but I plan on layering for a pirate cosplay photoshoot with this coat and I need to feel comfortable in the coat. Maybe could improve sorting filters to select multiple dress types
I guess I understand it but I could not use my point dollar discount and the 15% off and I only buy when I get a percent off so the points are useless to me.I come to this web site first when buying costumes in the various periods. Would love to see more in the 20's time frame - empire waist such as in My Fair Lady movie
Yesterday I asked via email if I could buy two dresses and return the one that doesn't fit... and I have received no response yet. I did wish the company could have gotten back to me on the same day as I emailed them, because there is a short return window.
Should be an option to change currency - everything is in USD only
Delivery was faster than expected and the jacket is beautiful.
