I feel that I wanted to share this with my friends and family. I attached a very deceitful email I received from the Finance manager Reza Asober at Victory Chrysler, a man I really trusted. We of course called the dealership to inquire if we could use the money for a costly repair that is not covered under warranty and has not been recalled. Our airbags need replacing on a 2015 Chrysler 200S. The money only applies to a purchase of a new vehicle. Mr. Asober never called us back, his receptionist is scanning his calls. I wi... read more
The service manager and service writer have lied to us, then ignored us and then treated us rudely for an issue that they caused and then could not repair. Stay away from this dealership!!
