Absolute worst garage service. Dropped off vehicle to get someone to look and something that was malfunctioning..they figured out the problem and asked if we wanted to get it fixed today...I then stated it should be covered under warranty since we purchased the vehicle and warranty at victory Chrysler jeep...I was first shocked that I had to tell them that because I would figure things would be seamless if your taking your vehicle to get service at the same place you purchased the vehicle and warranty. I took my 17' Challenger to get it looked at because my trunk would not open using the key fob, button inside or outside. After taking it back and keeping it for 2 hours, came back and told me I'd have to come back because they could not figure it out, and the service manager needed to get involved. This should have been a red flag. I took the car to Addy's and it was repaired in less than an hour after replacing the trunk latch. Very shady, bad business ethics. They were very shady with the finance program, did not disclose all the details and now they refuse to actually help.
We scheduled our Jeep Wrangler in for a N.C. inspection and service over a week ago. We drive 40 miles to the dealership. After about an hour,I the service rep. comes in and says everything is ok but 1 thing. They were servicing the vehicle but could not inspect it because they were waiting for a part to fix the emissions tester. We had driven 40 miles to mainly get it inspected. They don't want to help with warranty issues!!! I recommend not using them if you have a warranty problem.
Poor excuse for a dealership. Slow, disorganized. If we had not prepaid for an oil change, we would not be here. Service is awful.
The sales people are very nice, However I have a friend that works in the service department and you do not want to work there. The new Service Director is horrible, she has zero people skills. She talks terribly to the employees there.She belittles them all the time.. She does not own up to anything she does wrong! The whole department is miserable since she was brought in there a few months ago. Many are looking for other jobs because of her!!!!
