They will present to you an outrageous quote. I made the mistake by allowing them to do my roof. They are all shady people in fact the drip edge on top of the garage was placed incorrectly. Water magically gets in and they fail to even make corrections. New contractors ended up ripping their garbage roof off and had it redone the right way. Two pieces of plywood that should’ve been removed were not. I don’t recommend this company to anyone.
RecommendedVictory did a full replacement of our roof. We recommend them for the following reasons: 1. Excellent education about the benefits of their products and the technological superiority of all the products used. 2. Being granted a lifetime warranty on the roof which can be transferred to a new owner 3. associates and staff were professional people 4. Good communication at every step of the project. They would not give me a price without my husband being there. WTH
Workers don’t listen and can’t follow directions. When you try to follow up with management they ghost you
Sales person walking the neighborhood decided to come up to my house, which clearly is towards the end of new windows and siding being installed. Then doesn't take no for an answer and tries to get insults in as he walks away.
The sales people are pushy. Door to door. Do not take no for an answer. When I’m ready I will be using another company.
You should know that the organization you chose to represent you for outreach after someone has inquired about an estimate via Facebook incessantly calls people and repeats the same line of questioning over and over. At least 3 reps spoken to about the same thing over the last 3 days, with at least 15 missed calls from the same marketer.
I’ve never seen a more clear snake oil salesman sales strategy in my life! One of the worst experiences of my life dealing with your “expert” come to my house and not leave after 3.5 hours. His only job was to give me a quote for siding and my roof. The final quote was 2.5x higher than what other contractors had given me!! The “expert” kept saying how he’s been doing this for 7 years.. the kid was 23 years old! Very unprofessional and wasted our time. Right from the beginning we told them we can only spare 2 hours and to get straight to the point and not to give us a run around. They took measurements and insisted on finishing their presentation. We told them to leave but expected an estimate. No follow-up and no estimate was sent. They like to ask personal questions like what kind of car we have or questions unrelated to their business like if we like Italian food, etc. We tried to be nice but it all made sense now.
