Verified Renter The View has many amenities that are amazing and the office staff are friendly. The mailing center is super convenient and over all feels like a safe environment. Though, the cleanliness of the neighborhoood could use some work.

Verified Renter I've lived here twice--once from 2007-2014, then I moved back in in 2023. I really love living here. I chose View at Lake Lynn for a few reasons: 1) they offer the most square feet for one bedroom apartments for a price that's in my budget 2) walking access to Lake Lynn 3) upgraded apartments that are kept in good condition 4) community events 5) very responsive and helpful management staff 6) location within Raleigh--close to many locations for entertainment and recreation, but not too close to main roads

Verified Renter I would highly suggest living here. The area is amazing and the apartment complex is lovely. The amenities are nice so far. I’ve been here during winter time, but look forward to enjoying the pools in the summer. And having direct access to the lake is such a big bonus. The team and staff are great and friendly, and when issues arrives so far, they fix things in a timely manner and been very courteous.

Verified Renter View at Lake Lynn apartments have a great Northwest Raleigh location. They are close to a lot of shopping and dining options. They also offer great amenities with a large dog park, a 24 hour fitness center, soccer field, playground and more. The office is very helpful and maintenance are always prompt and skillful.
