POOR MANAGEMENT I’ve been having an issue with the apartment for over 3 months and the staff constantly changes, no one is ever on the same page. Which results in nothing being done. Over priced rent, they don’t keep up with the outter structure of the building, floors and walls are super thin. Too many issues and no one seems to know what’s going on

Verified Renter I have lived here for 5 years ..I enjoyed and love this community however for sometime the grounds are not kepted the pool almost never open in the summer when you wanna host event it need to be when the office is open. I would not recommend this community it's other doing more with less. I KNOW several neighbors that are moving this year alone and they feel the same way.THE Rent Is To High......

Verified Renter The apartment complex its self is nice and the floor plans are nice but the management team makes it essentially impossible to enjoy living there. Due to that I would not recommend anyone to live there.

Verified Renter The grounds are looking great and continue to be well-maintained. Unfortunately, some residents care less about cleaning up after themselves at the playground. If the gnat/fruit fly issue could be resolved, maybe treating the outdoors around the lake, I would give View 5 stars. Also, think you should know, last night I heard 3 gunshots outside my back deck.

Poor management and maintenance I recently had an unexpected situation that required me to move out of my condo before the lease ended. Be aware that if you need to give your move-out notice, they require it 60 days in advance. Additionally, there's a two-month penalty if you leave before the lease ends. When I tried to discuss this with the supervisor, I was informed in a rude manner that they can do nothing but follow what is in the contract. Terribly run community This should be a 0/5 stars. The office staff are rude, lazy, and extremely unhelpful. They will tell you they will call you and you’ll never hear from them again so their communication is poor. They don’t send out emails/notify the residents about changes to the pool/anything to do with the community. The events get cancelled so don’t plan on attending them. No Resident Support In the past, Cumberland Cove was a good apartment choice for those on a budget - the apartments and facilities weren’t the nicest, but the rent felt appropriately lower than surrounding complexes as a result. I told you so I lived in CC for 5 years and had an array of experiences. My apartment was on the third floor in building 7202 near the mail boxes. I enjoyed the location, as it was close to entertainment, work, airport, and restaurants. The unit itself was a little dated and needed work but livable by any standard.
