Where to start. Second visit here since living in Lakeway and frankly I wish VIK would be our primary care. Felt very comfortable and cared for. Down to earth staff who were all so very personable and funny. While it’s obviously never the first choice to go to urgent care there are seriously some of the most professional, kindest folks I’ve dealt with.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They listened to what I had to say.
We were visiting our daughter in Austin, while On our visit our granddaughter started getting severe flu like symptoms. Our main concerned was, did she get infected with Covid. We decided to take her in for 4:15 a.m to complete care. We definitely received excellent customer care during our visit. From Dr. Johnson to the front desk clerk, to the individual who drew her blood, they were very informative as to letting us and my know every detail procedure being done. I cut my finger and was very nervous about the whole stitching it up process. They made me feel comfortable from the get go. I never felt any pain during the procedure or after I got home. It was a great experience. Thank you so much!
