The staff and medical team were top notch! Couldn't have been happier. This coming from someone that truly despises visiting a Dr’s office of any kind.
My son came in with a nasty injury form a bike wreck on a mountain bike trial. The staff was amazing. they kept him calm and comfortable while they patched him up!
Y'all. Who can ever say that visiting urgent care/the ER is a positive experience? I can. From the moment I walked in, to the follow-up after I left, the service I received at this facility was TOP-NOTCH. Everyone was SO nice, kind, and helpful. The nurse at the front was friendly and got me in ASAP, the intake nurse was just lovely, and the doctor was kind and professional. I will absolutely return if/when needed and highly recommend!
