RecommendedI called after owning my pool for 6 years, had a warranty question and Ms. Maria was terrific, she gave me all the information that I needed, emailed everything to me and Hayward Co, and made sure that I had all my questions answered. Received a follow up call from Gina, and she was very happy that my calls were answered as well. And too boot Joe Ayers, my sales representative, have made two visits too my house, periodically, to make sure that everything is ok and if I was ok. They really care Great company. Max Noronha
RecommendedMy husband and I have been in the market for a pool for sometime. At this time we are waiting, but wouldn’t go with another pool company. Luxury pool concept is very professional and spent lots of time with us consulting and planning for the future. Please give them a call. You won’t regret it.
RecommendedThe experience from start to finish was amazing. Our sales associate, Matt Kukral and our project manager, Jeff Morrison were exceptional during the entire process. They were always so attentive to detail and ready with answers to our many questions. Jeff, our project manager was always coming in to make sure the crew was always on time. When picking out our tiles and supplies, Linsey at the Carlsbad office was patient and kind. They have a wide selection of beautiful tiles to choose from that it was hard for us to make up o... read more
RecommendedPhilip Riggs with Rose Hill took great care of my home, great communication, quick repairs, excellent workmanship and always professional. I would highly recommend them for anything you need with your home.
RecommendedBeen a customer for almost 2 years now and have zero complaints. I was discouraged with all of the pool problems we inherited from buying our home. I had the worst time trying to find a pool company to help us because no one would ever call me back. I was fed up and decided to go to an actual store that way I wouldn’t be ignored. I tried 2 other stores in town and the customer service was not great and the prices were high. I stumbled into CW one day with zero hope or expectations and was blown away. Joan sat with me for an ... read more
RecommendedWe spoke with about five different builders before finally deciding to go with Horizon Pools — and we are glad we did. With all of the horror stories we heard about neighbors’ pool builds over the past few years, we were very hesitant to even commit, but our experience with Horizon far exceeded our expectations. From the initial consultation to filling the pool, every step of the process was smooth. Dig to plaster took 35 days, including a pergola build and we couldn’t be happier with the final product — all of which was bui... read more
RecommendedEverything went exactly as we were told. Our pool was done in 21 days and everytime a crew came out they were extremely professional and courteous. Cole went above and beyond! A special thank you to Travis who did our final grading of our dirt work and to Robert who was patient with us through “pool school”. We can’t recommend Mr Pool enough! We love our pool!
RecommendedOur 20 year old pool was replastered this week. We are extremely pleased with the quality of work and the price. All of the existing mosaics on the walls were able to be kept due to the expertise of the crew. I highly recommend BackYard Concepts.
RecommendedChris and his team have been wonderful to work with. Always easy to get ahold of, great at keeping you up to date on what’s going on and stayed on schedule. Highly recommend if you are looking to build a pool.
