RecommendedPam was great to work with on our pool renovation! She took plenty of time with us assiting in deciding which tiles to go with for the water line and marker tiles. She was very thourough with our question asking! That is so helpful when spending the kind of money a pool renovation costs nowadays! You need all the information possible and not "told what to do" when in my case many Pool Experts wanted to do. I recommend Pam for any of youe pool renovation or construction needs!
RecommendedHow do we put this into words?? Awesome, Amazing, Beautiful!! From the first consult with Josh at our home, the constant communication with Brandon and the addition of landscaping with Bo, our experience with Texas Outdoor Oasis was amazing. Josh welcomed us into the design center, having listened to our vision of a dream backyard, was ready with a design that incorporated everything we wanted. He was very patient with us and our design decisions/indecisions, including a last-minute change to the countertop. He introduced u... read more
RecommendedMatt and his team at Apollo Pools and Spas are top notch. We purchased a swim spa through them and they have gone above and beyond to make sure everything we needed was handled quickly and with perfect customer service. From picking out the spa, installing it, getting it running and the water balanced, Matt and team have been there 100%. Being a local business owner, Matt treats you like a neighbor and truly cares about your experience. He even came to our home to help me get the chemicals started and water balanced. RecommendedI can’t say enough about 787 Construction and their team! They came in and saved me after another pool contractor took my money, did not finish the job, and eventually went out of business. Alisa and Joey came in and completed the project with professionalism and sympathy with everything we went through. Upon completion of the project, I noticed that I had a leak that was part of the original work by the original contractor. I called Alisa and they were at my house within a couple of hours and put a plan together to get it f... read more
RecommendedAll of the office people and owner and sales people have continued to be very helpful to me with question and little issues that have come up since they built my pool in summer 2015, Go guys!!
RecommendedStart to finish, working with Riverpools was fantastic! Chris was very open about the process and very responsive with any questions we had throughout the project. As with any project this size, there are always hiccups. Neighbors, unexpected problems, etc. Chris and his team were clearly prepared and able to adapt as needed. Special shout out to Scott, always kind and great to work with! Chris and Scott went above and beyond to help with our deck project as well. Riverpools of Greater Boston could not come more highly recom... read more
RecommendedI had an issue with my Laminar auto actuator valve. I called customer service yesterday to explain the issue. This morning, Bruce (Fountain Blue tech) came by and took care of the issue without a hitch. He was kind, neat and dilligent with his work. It's not just about building the pool, it's taking care of it and standing behind it that separates the men from the boys. Bruce is a prime example of why you should use this company for all your pool needs! Thanks again!👍👍
RecommendedRedfin is a very professional group. Our experience was smooth without complication. Overall great experience.
