RecommendedThe quality of construction 11 years ago was great. The cost was 7 thousand $$ less than the "leading" competitor. The warranty is excellent on parts. The tech was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of us and the company. Thank you Presidential Pools for being such a good and caring company.
RecommendedI did not have my pool Installed by Caribbean Pools but by Aqua Pools. Aqua dumped a ton of concrete in my pool and tried to fix this by dumping 5 gallons of Muriatic Acid in and hitting it with a stick. I believe this lowered the PH enough to ruin my heater. Aqua did nothing to help. But I went to Caribbean and talked to Wendy in service who was fantastic and directed me to the Mokena store. They tested my water numerals times and now I have perfect water. The ladies were wonderful and so professional I can’t compliment th... read more
RecommendedAfter a lot of research we chose the Gappsi Group to make our backyard dream come true. Giuseppe and his crew are professional and knowledgeable. They work with you every step of the way to make sure the process runs smoothly. Tosh and his crew installed a 16’x32’ vinyl pool with concrete walls, and auto cover. Melvin, Wilma and their crew installed a travertine patio. Joe completed the yard with sod. They were all a pleasure to work with, and it came out beautiful! We are so happy we chose the Gappsi Group and highly reco... read more
RecommendedPam is truly the best!!!!! ❤️ Her attention to detail was everything I needed. And with her on the job, I trusted it was going to be done right, or not done at all! A pool is a massive investment, and not something you want someone cutting corners. I trusted her decisions were made for the best integrity and longevity of the pool and not a builder trying to finish under budget. She was on-site regularly and there when workers were there to ensure things were being done right. She was a great communicator on the timeline and ... read more
RecommendedI am so excited to share our exceptional experience with Nick and his team at Swimming Pool Innovations. From the very beginning, Nick's approachability and willingness to listen made the process a breeze. Their design expertise left me in awe, and their commitment to efficiency was truly top tier. Recommendedgreat group of people and amazing work
RecommendedAhead of schedule, on budget, and exceeded expectations! I told Antonio and Rosy they need to get into the road business, 1604 would be done in six months. These folks are amazing and do great work, very very happy with the finished project. Customer service was exceptional and the entire process was easy from start to finish. Had one small hiccup with a paint color on retaining wall, they fixed it the next day without argument or hesitation. Thank you Mission Custom Pools for making our dream pool a reality!
RecommendedMy experience with Allied was outstanding! The staff is professional, organized, and knowledgable about their respective crafts and product offerings. My backyard is now the oasis I always wanted. It exceeded my expectations beyond measure.
