RecommendedI usually dont write a review, but i made expectation , because these people are awesome!! the customer service is on point, the delivery time is great and their knowledge of the products are outstanding. i purchased a 16' swim spa and needed some one to hold my hand. i know i called and went by several of times asking questions, and testing water, but Johnna treated me like it was my first time coming to ask all my questions. i love that entire team (Eileen and the owner). if you looking for a spa or grill look no more go v... read more
RecommendedJohn and his team were amazing to work with. We had been contemplating a pool for 5 years and took the plunge with John and Mud Turtle Pools 🐢! We’re so glad we did. The entire process from initial concept design meeting, to dig day, to wall installation day, to patio install day and finally liner day it all went so smoothly and we were always kept in the loop. John jumped through hoops to ensure our permits were filed properly with the ever so difficult to work with village. I would highly recommend he and his team. I look... read more
RecommendedThey all are very kind and are very helpful never hesitate to go above and beyond thank you all for all that you do!
RecommendedI walked in… I was respectful, but I told the young man behind the counter “I kinda need an expert” THAT is what I got!! Mr Locey spent nearly an hour with me answering all my “dumb” questions, without marking me feel dumb. Walked out with a $20 bottle of magic and A LOT of info. Thank you!! Below is before and after!
RecommendedGreat people, great service. Very reliable. Brandon and Phil stand by their products and are always there for your service when needed. Would highly recommend.
RecommendedSuperior Metal Structures did a great job on my 30x48x14 building. SMS also did my concrete as well. They are very responsive to calls and emails. The guys that actually poured the concrete and erected the building were very experienced and work together like a fine oiled machine. Anything I ask of them they were on it quickly. They always left their work area clean at the end of each day. I couldn't have ask for a better experience than I had with Superior Metal Structures & Concrete.
RecommendedAl and his team were amazing to work with for my pool install. From start to finish their professionalism showed. I researched for a while and called a lot of different pool companies but as soon as I met Al I knew that’s who I was going with. Highly recommend Heritage Pools to anyone looking for a pool, you will not be disappointed!!!
RecommendedAn amazing company to work with from start to finish. They will take your vision and turn it into a work of art! The attention to detail on every aspect from designing the pool to are the lights and the waterfalls are incredible! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a new pool!
RecommendedDenis is THE BEST in the industry. He is knowledgeable and honest. We have built 3 pools, the last being with Pools East, and I highly recommend them.
