RecommendedIt’s always a good day when our pool crew from ASAP arrive!! They know what we need, love on our dog that gets in their way, and keep on working👍🏼 Great customer service!! It’s a good sign when the same friendly & knowledgeable guys show up each year. Thanks for cultivating Great Service Dan.
RecommendedWe chose and trusted DFW Custom Pool to construct our pool and backyard paradise! We loved that we received design photos of what our backyard and pool would look like. “Our pool looks amazing!” They walked us through the design and construction surprisingly fast with positive, competent and great customer service. This team does phenomenal work and takes obvious pride in their work. “Thank you for what will be a lifetime of memories with family and friends in our own backyard paradise!” Couldn’t be happier with Eugene, Mic... read more
RecommendedIn May 2020 we left a $500 deposit for an above ground pool. Due to Covid, pool manufacturing was delayed until this summer. In December 2020 my husband passed away and we are selling the house. Montalbano’s not only allowed us to cancel the order but refunded the $500 deposit A YEAR LATER. Excellent customer service. Thank you Ken and the staff at Montalbano’s.
RecommendedWe couldn’t be happier with how our pool turned out! We were very impressed with Steve, who helped us get our initial quote and design. We realized we could get exactly what we wanted within our budget. There were challenges with the slope of the yard, but Steve and Justin found a way to make the grade changes a design feature (& also double as a place for kids to jump off). They were very responsive when issues arose (like a leaking pipe-inevitable during construction). They also helped find affordable solutions when we had... read more
RecommendedJust got all new equipment for my pool. Knowledgeable staff that walked me through what I needed and we got a quick install to be ready for summer. Everything was neat and clean and all the staff was very friendly.
RecommendedCaring and knowledgeable company. Highly recommend
RecommendedMy side yard was washing away causing erosion issues. It was driving me crazy! David and Dale came up with a very viable solution of extending the beds to help alleviate the runoff. Installed additional egg rock, Bermuda sod and some azaleas and hydrangeas in the newly expanded beds. Thank you Landscaping with A Flair!!! Pictures don’t do the area justice mainly because I’m terrible at taking photos. You guys did a fantastic job. Look forward to our next project together!
RecommendedI give Pools by Designs four out of five stars. There are two reasons for the missing star. One, my project took a full month longer than the estimate I was given. Trying to plan my time off work around the usability of my pool, I consulted with them midway through the project to make sure I scheduled myself off work at the right time. Still, the completion date missed the mark miserably and the pool wasn't ready in time for my vacation. Second reason for the missing star, is the lack of communication. With the constant dela... read more
RecommendedWe had a very easy install with Easy Living Pools. The crews that worked on our pool always let us know what was going on and were great at keeping to the construction timeline. Having your backyard torn up can be very daunting, but I never felt like things were not under control with Easy Living Pools. Summers will never be the same!
