Front desk was unfriendly and often makes errors in billing.
I love the dental office but I am not fond of the service when I tried to call the office, I spoke to someone, a female that speaks Spanish, named Dannielle on behalf of my mother. Dannielle was super rude when I tried to make an appointment and did not seem happy about trying accommodate my mother. I would have given 0 stars but this wasn’t an option.
My son has been going to them three years for Invisalign. The dentists, hygienists, and orthodontist are fine. The reception, scheduling, and billing are both incompetent AND rude. Appointments are incorrectly scheduled on the regular, resulting in needless missed school and work. Regular maintenance is overlooked. My son was there constantly but they somehow 'forgot' to schedule any cleanings for 18+ months.
