My son has been going to them three years for Invisalign. The dentists, hygienists, and orthodontist are fine. The reception, scheduling, and billing are both incompetent AND rude. Appointments are incorrectly scheduled on the regular, resulting in needless missed school and work. Regular maintenance is overlooked.
