Our dog Jordan is 8 years old and has a definite fear of going to the vet. Yesterday Dr. Jill and Melode went the extra mile with getting him taken care of. With the Covid issue they aren't allowing us to go in with him so Melode who works at All Breed's Grooming and Daycare where Jordan also goes picked him up from daycare and took him back to Village East where he was sedated for his appointment. Both Melode and Dr. Jill deserve a gold medal for their efforts with Jordan. We truly appreciate all you do for us and Jordan.
Yes. They are always so friendly and good to me and my dogs. Dr Melchoirs takes plenty of time to explain everything. The entire staff goes above and beyond to make sure you and your pets are taken care of, they really care about every animal that goes through their doors.

The staff & Dr Kemp are excellent in taking good care of Sophie & very informative about any issues we might have. Been going to Village East with our animals for many years & couldn't be more pleased
