RecommendedUnfortunately last week we had to have our cat Pickles put to sleep. Words are not enough to thank the kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff who helped us through this time. I feel bad not being able to remember each person from the phone call to each person who came in the room, but everyone was so professional and respectful. We are truly grateful.
Dr.Jill was amazing today ! Took our Alley cat in for a full check and she was having ear / eye issues. They came out took her inside and called me to talk about her look over, Dr jill explained everything well and took her time to explain everything to me , for sure made me feel confident that she is going to be ok! Will for sure be coming back ! Thankful C.Ross got my girl a appointment fast and easy !
We recently had to put our 11 year old American Bulldog, Titan, to sleep due to cancer. The entire staff was absolutely wonderful. We were treated so kindly before and during the process. They truly understood how difficult it was to lose a member of our family. We later received a card in the mail signed by the entire staff along with a note letting us know a donation had been made in Titan's name. We were blown away by the thoughtfulness! I have been going to Village East over 40 years. All the Vets and staff are super. Never disappointed in the treatment of our pets. good communication with us as well.
We love Village East ! I believe we have seen every doctor on duty at one time or another and they were all superb! We personally have been keeping Dr Tara as our main dr because she was the first vet our dog had seen and I truly loved her Personality and in depth conversations about the dogs ! 10 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Village East is by far the best place in Evansville to bring your cat for health care! Dr. Jill is truly amazing and always puts both me and my cat at ease. She's gentle with my cat and he will let her do whatever she needs to do without putting up a fight which is not something I can say about any other vet we've been to, haha. Her knowledge is top notch as well and she seems to stay on top of new information in the veterinary world. I absolutely trust what she has to say and what she recommends for my cat.
We love ALL the staff at Village East. They take fantastic care of our fur babies. They are attentive and always follow up as to how our animals are doing after non-routine visits.
Staff are always nice and the doctors are awesome. Our personal favorite is Dr. Jill. She’s knowledgeable and always has a smile on her face.
