We have had to stop in here a few times and now it seems it's my turn. Doctors seem nice and place seems clean. We did wait 30 minutes but it is the holidays. Doctor got me in and out with a clean health record this is always good for the new year.
We have been going here for years it sometimes takes a while to see a doctor as expected but we always get taken care of. My wife and kids seem to be here more than me but always a professional experience.
The doctor is very nice and they usually get in pretty quick. It's nice to have someone close to home that we can count on to get help when it is needed. Seems like we are here almost weekly lately. Thanks again for the professional manner in which you handled my medical problem and continual problems.
My Village Health || Macomb County urgent care is close to home and we have had no problems getting appointments. It's always good to call ahead. Everyone seemed to be nice when we visit. Doctor was very helpful. For late hours Village Health being 24hr Urgent care in Macomb county is 5 starts from me.
I arrived at 8:00 am Saturday I waited only 20 minutes the receptionist weighed me and attempted to draw blood blood twice before she was successful. Dr . Borland was outstanding he explained the results of my X-ray was very personable I really enjoyed my visit.
I recently visited the Urgent Care at this facility and was so impressed, I am having all My medical records sent here and am calling this My new health care provider. It has been many years since I have had an actual conversation with a Dr. and the Dr. actually talked to Me and not AT ME ! Thank You Dr. Ohalloran. Terrible experience, I had to get my blood drawn by 9 a.m. for a correct test result. I arrived there before 8 a.m. The lab person could not get blood after three tries. She sent me to another area in the building, they were to busy, went back to the urgent care, by then a new lab tech arrived, he was unorganized and left the room twice. Finally he got a vile of blood at 9:10 a.m. I found the employees unfriendly and uncaring. I notice the other patients waiting were complaining also! I went to this place at 6 in the morning and was the only patient in the whole place. I still waited in the room for an hour for the doctor who rolled in looking like she just got up from a nap and didn't give a crap about what I was saying. Not friendly staff at all. Would never call this place an "urgent care"
Dear Dr. Ohalloran, A great staff of doctors, but your nursing staff is awful! I was their on 2/29-2024, a nurse with blk., curly long hair. came in the room to draw blood and placed all the items to draw blood on a dirty foot stool. (Never seen that b-4) Nothing clean about her health practice. She ask me to come back at 8am on 3/1-14. This day the nurse rolled in at 8:30 am which was Tracy, greasiest hair, makeup not so good, looked like she just rolled out of bed. The blood draw again with Tracy was a night mare.
