I go to Village Health very often because of medical emergencies, and I am never goung thete again. All if the doctors are kind, but the nurses are so awful that I almost wanted to cry. They talk bad about their patients behind their backs, and being a medical student, I know this is illegal. They made me cry because my insurance got cut off and they were treating me like I didn't matter. Every receptionist is rude. I visited 10/10/12 at 9am. Waited for 1 hour and asked the person behind the counter how much longer. Her reply was I have no idea. I did interrupt her playing angry birds. I went to 23 and schooner and was in and out in 20 min. I will NEVER go to valley urgent care again.
