I just want to say how pleased I am with Village on the Park McKinney. My mom has lived at this community for more than 2 1/2 years but it wasn’t always Village on the Park McKinney. With the previous owners we went through some ups and downs. We were bought by The Aspenwood Company in [date removed] and saw improvements immediately. Now we have an amazing care staff. Great staff! Lovely decor. Feels intimate and homey and very welcoming. Just simply feels like home! It's been a great experience for us!
I had no idea where to start when beginning the search for my parents. I was pleased to learn that VOP McKinney had larger apartments (2 bedroom) as my parents had to downsize from their home. The apartment is still tight but it’s about the largest you’ll find in assisted living. Plus everything else is going well and they are never in their apartment anyway!
What a lovely community and such an awesome team of people. Couldn’t be more happy with our decision! Everything has been so smooth and everyone so kind. I had no idea the process could be this easy and smooth.
I give Village on the Park FIVE STARS!!! I love the recently done remodel and building refresh that was done. The place is warm and welcoming. The staff are friendly and on top of things. If you have a concern, they actually listen and do something to make a change.
